This product aims to pay a variable Growth Payment (maximum 51% of Investment Capital) and return original Investment Capital at the end of the Investment Term.

This product is linked to the performance of the FTSE EPRA / NAREIT Developed Europe Index (the Underlying). The Growth Payment will build weekly so long as the Underlying remains within the range set by Upper and Lower Barrier Limits. Range equates to Start Value of Underlying plus / minus 45% movement.

55% Soft Protection barrier, observations on Start Date and End Date only (please refer to Investment Guide page 11 for further details).
Capital loss calculation if barrier breached: If barrier is breached Capital will reduce by 1% for every 1% the End Value of the Underlying closes below the Start Value.
Taxation: Capital Gains Tax (CGT) where applicable – Growth Payment paid gross.
