Plan Summary
The Regular Income Bond has been designed to deliver a steady stream of income at a competitive rate. It’s a five-year investment where clients can choose to take income quarterly or annually over the term. Attractive income made simple Income options These options provide regular fixed rates of income over a five year investment term. Payable annually at 7.75% or quarterly at 1.90%. Suitable for clients looking for an income based investment yielding an above average rate, and who are prepared to accept some risk to their capital to achieve it. Capital return The capital invested is not protected as it depends on the performance of the Dow Jones STOXX50 Index®. If, during the life of the Bond, the Dow Jones STOXX50 Index® falls by more than 40% from its level on the investment start date (STOXX Initial Index Level) and fails to recover to its starting level or above at maturity (STOXX Final Index Level), capital will be reduced by 1% for each 1% that the STOXX Final Index Level is below the STOXX Initial Index Level. |
